Welcome to the U10s Girls at Tunbridge Wells RFC, for girls who are starting Year 5 in September 2025.

Rugby union is one of the fastest-growing sports for girls. In England there are more than 800 clubs offering girls' rugby and the success of the Red Roses has shown that rugby union is a game where females can thrive. With a home Rugby World Cup heading to England in 2025, alongside huge ongoing growth in the grassroots game, it’s an exciting time for girls playing rugby union.

The introduction of opportunities for U10s Girls was new for the 24/25 season and we're so lucky to have the opportunity to develop girls in this age group.

We want to give the girls every opportunity to grow in the sport that they love and to enjoy being part of a fabulous rugby community at TWRFC. We have great fun at training, and we believe that the girls will develop best in rugby by creating a motivating environment for them to learn from skilled coaches, but that also offers the opportunity to enjoy sport with their mates.

The 2025/26 season will start on 7th September 2025 and will continue every Sunday morning (time and pitch to be confirmed each week, but usually at 9am for an hour and a half) until the end of April 2026, with the exception of a few weeks off for Easter and Christmas holidays. Sessions take place at the St Marks Ground on Frant Road, the home of Tunbridge Wells RFC.
