Congratulations on the following News of one of our Minis and now a Junior with the Club and the Saracens Development Academy.
JJ has just been selected for the new U15 England national elite academy, he is one of 36 boys in the country.
It came about as he represented Saracens academy in a new national festival played at Harrow school which the England U16 selectors attended, from these boys they selected 36 boys to form the new elite academy.
Saracens did well getting 5 boys selected in total 4 of which are from Kent. JJ is one of the latest Tunbridge Wells Juniors to be involved with the Saracens set up others are: Chris Clemmow, Luke Giles and Sam Stone who went through to England schools U 16 level and more recently Luke Baldwin who now has a Senior Contract and has played for England U 19 recently.
All 5 boys from Saracens including JJ will now train through the summer with the Saracens senior academy to get them ready for the England experience, which they hope will lead to their first caps next year
