Following Peter's recent email and as discussed at the Player's Meeting in June, please find attached (HERE) a copy of the sponsorship opportunities available at TWRFC for the forthcoming season. This letter is to be shown/e-mailed to prospective sponsors.
As agreed at the meeting, if we can get 40 players sponsored this season, the 2nd and 3rd team will get new kits (the one's are already getting a new one). Enough people made a fuss about the state of the shirts at the players meeting, if you actually want to do something about, go out and get yourself/team-mate a sponsor.
Note that after the above was agreed we still have less than 10 sponsored players so we've got a bit of work to do boys (and girls).
It has been agreed that if you get yourself sponsored, you will receive a £10 discount on your annual subscription if paid before the 1st October.
If you know someone who is willing to sponsor a player or two, but not sure on who they wish to sponsor, get them to contact David Kenway and he can advise on what players are available. This worked as an excellent fundraising initiative last year and should be even better this year. We all take pleasure out of being associated with the club, it is our club and it's time to give something back. Go out, don't be shy and get yourself a sponsor.
